User Group Library

The User Group was established to represent the views and requirements of those using STS-compatible equipment such as pre-payment meters and vending systems. Historically, the pre-payment industry tended to be driven by manufacturer initiatives.

This forum creates a platform on which users and manufacturers will be able to merge their skills and ideas to enhance and promote the industry.

Become a member of the group and make a difference to the products and initiatives on pre-payment systems for electricity and water services.

Current projects:

a) Standardisation of online pre-payment vending systems specifications. Refer to down-loadable draft documents

b) WG3 of the STS Association is currently updating the STS specification to accommodate water services and is actively engaged in further enhancements.
