SGC APPLICATION / KMC Forms
If you are applying for a new Supply Group Code (SGC) then please follow the steps listed below. If you want to see the other KMC Forms, then please select the KMC Forms tab below.

SGC Application
To apply for a new Supply Group Code please complete steps 1 – 4 below
- Read the KMC Forms Completion Guidelines (STS1800-6)
- Read the Conditions of use of SGC (STS700-1)
- Complete – Supply Group Code Application Form (STS600-15-8)
- Submit the SGC Application (STS600-15-8) by email to info@sts.org.za
If you have your own security module then please complete steps 5 – 6
- Complete – Request for Vending Key (STS600-15-4)
- Submit the above form to KEYMANAC@eskom.co.za
If you want somebody else to have permission to use your key in their security module, please complete step 7-8
- Complete – Key Use Authorisation Form (STS600-15-5)
- Submit the above form to KEYMANAC@eskom.co.za
To Request Default Supply Group Codes:
- Complete – Default Supply Group Code Form (STS600-15-6)
- Submit this documents by email to KEYMANAC@eskom.co.za
Please return all below forms to KEYMANAC@eskom.co.za
- Request for Vending Key
This form is to request a new Vending Key for a SGC. - KUA – Key Use Authorisation
This form is to give permission to a third-party for the use of STS KEYS for a particular SGC. - Request for default SGC
This form is to request a default SGC to be used when encoding your meters to a default SGC. - SGC Name Change
This form is used when you wish to change the name associated with a SGC. - Transfer of Ownership (Exclusive Use)
When you wish to transfer the name of a person / company / entity, that has been allocated exclusive use of the SGC by the STS Association.
