Key Management Services

The Key Management Services offered by the STS Association are free of charge to all users and does not require STS membership to access. The Key Management Centre (KMC) allocates, generates, and safely stores all vending keys for the STS based systems around the world. It is owned by the STS Association and is currently operated for the STS community by Eskom South Africa in their secure facilities. The three core services of the KMC are –

• Apply for a new Supply Group Code
• Update your Supply Group Code Details or Ownership
• Request a Key Load File for your Secure Module
  • Option 1: Send your VKLOADREQ using the email gateway
  • Option 2: Send your VKLOADREQ by email to KEYMANAC@eskom.co.za
